Overview
The converter receives the HDMI signal or DVI signal from computers, GPS, Apple TV, etc., and will then down-convert the
quality to fit analog S-Video or composite video to display down-converted video on TVs or computer monitors that do not
support HD video. NTSC or PAL formatted video can be converted to the other format instantly. It sounds like an
interesting concept due to the fact not every computer monitor and TV can support HD. And since HD videos are gradually
gaining popularity, it could be of use.
Consumer Alert: This product is NOT-HDCP compatible. Will not work with HDCP Devices such as Cable/Sat Boxes and DVD players that require HDCP connection "Hand-Shaking".

For example it is a perfect solution for converting 50Hz to 60Hz or 60Hz to 50Hz, this feature will allow you to connect HDMI video source from a PAL format region to a NTSC region, for example, a European HD source to a USA TV with HDMI input.
