Overview
The US390 digital video up-scaler is designed to convert Composite and S-Video to HD COMPONENT Video or RGB computer colors in various resolutions.
The converter is multisystem therefore compatible with both PAL and NTSC TV video standards.
The Composite S-Video to Component / VGA converter converts PAL video signals to NTSC enabling American TVs with Component or VGA inputs to operate overseas. It will also convert NTSC to PAL allowing European TVs to work in the US.
The US390 video digital up-scaler has many great features to enhance video performance and is ideal for use in professional large screen applications.

Installation
Simple and easy to install:
-
From your VHS, DVD or Set Top Box, Composite Video or S-Video output to the respective input at the back of the US1930, Video to Component adapter/converter,
with a video cable (supplied) or your own S-Video cable.
- Use the supplied VGA to Component cable from the VGA output at the back of the US1930 Video to Component adapter/converter to the Component (Red Green Blue RCA jacks) inputs of your TV.
- Set your TV configuration to accept Component video signal
- Connect the audio (Red White RCA jacks) DIRECTLY from your player/STB to your TVs audio inputs.
- Power your player, US1390 and TV
- Set the desired resolution on of US1390 (max resolution can not exceed the native resolution of your TV set)
- Play it!
