Overview
The US392 digital video up-scaler is designed to convert Composite and S-Video to a variety of computer and HDTV resolutions.
The converter is multisystem therefore compatible with both PAL and NTSC TV video standards. Being region free / multi region it will also convert PAL video signals to NTSC enabling American TVs with HDMI input to operate overseas.
The US392 video digital up-scaler has many great features to enhance video performance and is ideal for use in professional large screen applications.

Using your American TV overseas with HDMI connection: -
The US392 automatically detects PAL or NTSC signals and converts them into computer digital signal. Your TV must have HDMI input. It will work now as a computer digital screen thus eliminating the technical limitation of both PAL and NTSC.
The advantage of this conversion is the benefit of displaying almost any TV channel in very high resolution.
To use this converter you must have in the PAL TV standard country a Cables account with a Cables Box
or a Satellite Receiver. Both must have Composite-Video (red white yellow) or S-Video A/V OUTPUTS.
One of of these outputs will go to the converter input, and the HDMI output of the converter will go to your TV HDMI input.
