With this Picture-in-Picture capability the TVT-3400 external
desktop TV tuner allows you to work on a
computer application and viewing a TV program, Video or DVD at the same
time. In addition, the unit allows you to preview 9 different channels at
the same time to make it easer to find the channel you want to watch.
